I have been using Direct Air for years. They show up on time and are polite and professional and do good work. I hope they continue to stay in business in South Florida for a long time!
During the late morning hours, our 3 1/2 ton unit stopped cooling, and eventually would not turn on. When I called Direct Air, I was told a technician could come out within a several of hours, which is what happened. When Manfred Oliva arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem; the water pump needed replacing. After performing a nitrogen flush and flushing the drain lines, the broken water pump was replaced, and the unit was once again fully working. I'm very satisfied with the quick, professional service provided by Direct Air.
Amazing company with incredible service and amazing techs. Wilbert came out for a service call and was amazing honest and friendly kept me informed every step of way. We purchased a whole new system and it was installed by Alex and another tech named Alex, both were amazing knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with took their time and explained everything that was being done. I will recommend to everyone I know and will be a customer for life

Alex faced a difficult problem when he arrived at our job, and finally determined that a new low-voltage line had to be laid underneath the house to the A/C unit. Once his junior partner had done that, the installation proceeded smoothly and expertly, so that we had A/C by the end of the day, as we had been promised. Alex was extremely knowledgeable, extremely hard-working, and a strong mentor/supervisor for the younger Alex. This was a superb and timely installation. I would be very confident and comfortable working with Alex again.
