Excellent Service
During the late morning hours, our 3 1/2 ton unit stopped cooling, and eventually would not turn on. When I called Direct Air, I was told a technician could come out within a several of hours, which is what happened. When Manfred Oliva arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem; the water pump needed replacing. After performing a nitrogen flush and flushing the drain lines, the broken water pump was replaced, and the unit was once again fully working. I'm very satisfied with the quick, professional service provided by Direct Air.
