Called Direct Air and their Tech Pedro was at my house with Wiiliam within a few hours. They were quite professional and polite. They were thorough in unplugging a clog and doing enough so I could have air and until full service could be scheduled for the next day. The following day, Andrew was the Tech along with David. Again very polite and professional, working hard to clean the unit and coils. They explained in detail everything done. The Techs each called to advise they were on their way and a pic was sent for ease of confirmation. Direct Air's employees exceeded expectations and I would definitely refer them. Thank you to the gentlemen who serviced my unit and Direct Air.
